About RosterShot

RosterShot started as a tool for one league that was tired of naming teams in the group chat. The rule was simple: take a picture of the roster, get names back, copy one, get on with the draft.

That is still the whole product.

Upload a roster screenshot or search a player, and RosterShot pulls 10 team names from our curated name lists for you to copy into ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo, or wherever you play. Free. No account needed.

Who it is for

People who just drafted and still have “Team 4” as the name. People who want the name to match the first-rounder. People who do not want to open a chatbot and explain their whole roster.

Who built it

RosterShot is an independent site. It is not part of ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo, or the NFL. Contact: jeremiah.tabeta@proton.me (also on the Contact page).

What we will not add here

This is not a start/sit board. It is not a rankings site. If those tools exist later, they will be separate from this name generator so the upload page stays fast.
